**Workshop Operator – Insole Manufacturing** **Podoactiva \| Production Department** Podoactiva is seeking a **Workshop Operator** to join its production team, responsible for manufacturing custom biomechanical insoles based on prescriptions provided by our podiatrists, within an assembly line. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 22:00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacture custom biomechanical insoles according to podiatrists’ prescriptions. * Perform precise cutting, fitting, and finishing tasks. * Inspect insole quality throughout the entire production process. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic and safe working environment compliant with applicable regulations. * Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and efficient production flow. **Required Competencies:** * Speed and efficiency in task execution. * Attention to detail and precision. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Adaptability to changes in production requirements. * Orderliness and cleanliness at the workstation. **Are you interested?** Submit your application and join the Podoactiva team.
