This exciting role is based at our **TUI KIDS CLUB Cala Mandia in Mallorca.** **You need to be available minimum from 12\.03\. \- 31\.10\.26** **If you live in Spain, have the right to work there, speak both German and English**, then keep reading! **ABOUT OUR OFFER** * Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. * A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at **29,300€ gross/year.** * Meals and non\-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. * If you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation will be provided. * Option to sign\-up for free to our TUI Childcare Academy to obtain an EU\-recognized Childcare Qualification * Access to free language lessons \& the TUI Learning Hub to help you level\-up and grow your career. * Finally, why not get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation. **ABOUT THE JOB** * You will create, deliver and supervise a fun \& exciting age\-appropriate programme for children aged 0\-12 \& Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. * Take part \& collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. * Lead a national or international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback. * You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the childcare handbook. And finally, you will support your TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems. **ABOUT YOU** * You enjoy working with children and have experience. A childcare qualification is helpful, but not required. * You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions. * Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care. * You have experience in supporting or supervising colleagues, and can communicate confidently with international colleagues, children \& parents/guardians. * Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. * Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook to support communication and administration * You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions. * You are fully **conversational in German \& English**; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.
