**Process Quality Engineer**
* Industrial sector project, specifically HVAC and refrigeration.
* Fixed-Term Discontinuous Contract: 6 months \+ possibility of transition to the client’s permanent staff.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, shift from 7:00 to 15:00.
* On-site work in Montilla (Córdoba).

**Your Mission**
As a **Process Quality Engineer**, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes by analyzing and resolving incidents, implementing control plans and continuous improvement actions, monitoring quality indicators, conducting process and product audits, and coordinating with production and engineering departments to reduce defects, optimize process performance, and guarantee compliance with quality standards.
**Challenges You’ll Face:**
* Managing and improving manufacturing processes using Lean tools and quality methodologies.
* Root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions.
* Development and monitoring of quality KPIs and process capability.
* Conducting process and product audits: 8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Implementing control plans, quality instructions, and acceptance criteria.
* Technical support to production and participation in new product launches.
* Coordinating continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects and waste, increasing productivity, and improving customer satisfaction.
**What Will Make You Succeed in This Role:**
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Over 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA).
* Minimum B2 level English (mandatory).
**Your Selection Process Will Be:**
* Brief call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min).
* Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).
* In-person technical validation with the operations team / department heads to understand daily responsibilities (45 min).
