Administrative Staff for Olive Mill and Bottling Order Management

At **Aceites La Muralla**, we have been cultivating, producing, and bottling our own olive oils since **1878**. We are seeking an **administrative and order management profile** to join our team. Reporting to **Management** and the **Accounting Department**, you will be responsible for the **administrative operations of the olive mill** and **order management at the bottling facility**. **Main responsibilities:** * Managing orders from **physical store, online platforms, and marketplaces** (creating orders, preparing shipments, customer service, etc.) * **Administrative management** of raw material intake, including documentation control and record-keeping. * **Supporting the Accounting Department** in daily tasks (orders, delivery notes, invoices) * **Assisting the Bottling Department** with certain packaging tasks **Requirements:** * Higher vocational qualification or university degree (Administration, Business Management, International Trade, etc.). * 3\-5 years of experience. * Advanced proficiency in **office software (Office 365\)**. * Experience with management systems or **ERP**, preferably **Microsoft Dynamics**. * Strong interpersonal skills and commercial aptitude. * Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized individual with **ability to work accurately** and **care in product handling**. **Highly desirable:** * Residing in the area (**Subbética region, preferably**). * Knowledge of the **olive oil industry**. * Previous experience in **olive mills or cooperatives**. * Familiarity with **CRMs** (preferably Hubspot) and **online sales** (website, Amazon, Aliexpress...) **Desirable:** * Intermediate or conversational **level of English**. **What we offer** * Stable position within a family-run company * Flexible morning and afternoon working hours * Reduced working hours during summer months **Immediate availability required.** Candidates who do not meet most of the above criteria are kindly requested not to apply.
