**Job Description** **Location:** Bilbao **Sector:** Energy **Work Mode:** Hybrid We are seeking a Software Developer SAP ISU and CRM to join our energy sector team, with a primary focus on developing and resolving incidents related to SAP systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues, performing thorough testing to ensure solutions are correct and ready for production deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve incidents in SAP ISU and CRM systems. * Conduct comprehensive testing to validate solutions prior to their implementation in production. * Maintain frequent contact with clients, collaborating to identify effective solutions aligned with their needs. * Communicate and coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with energy sector requirements and SAP ISU and CRM standards. * Implement improvements and monitor processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Test and analyze system incidents in SAP. * Support the development, preparation, and testing of change requests in the SAP system. * Provide general support for improvement, innovation, and bug fixing, specifically focused on technical debt management and customer calls. * Perform periodic or occasional manual tasks for data correction. **Profile** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development**. * Knowledge and experience in **SAP HANA** (preferably). * **High level of English** (C1 or higher preferred), both spoken and written. * Ability to **self-manage and work autonomously**. * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies. * Solution-oriented and proactive problem-solving profile. * Knowledge and application of **best practices in development, testing, and documentation**. * Experience in **testing and validation of developments**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Assets (Preferred but Not Mandatory):** * Experience with **OData Services**. * Development using **SAP UI5/Fiori**. * Knowledge of **LSMW**. * Experience in **Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)**. * **SAP Cloud Developer** certification. * Experience managing people or teams. * Experience delivering training, mentoring, or supporting the professional development of others. **About Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
