Comprehensive management in the Mixing Room GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS On-site technical assistance at customer facilities for material conditioning prior to application in various application booths. The process will be carried out at the customer's site to optimize productivity and cost. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES \- Mixing Room * Warehouse orders * Viscosity and temperature control * Agitator control * Paint loading for Circulating circuits * Paint loading for Minicirculating circuits * Cleaning and loading of Special Color circuits * Enamel kettle preparation and management * Solvent loading * Circulating circuit cleaning: Clear coat * Circulating circuit cleaning: Minicirculating * Circulating circuit cleaning: Metallic basecoats * Circulating circuit cleaning: Single-layer enamels * Circulating circuit cleaning: Primers * Material identification in the Mixing Room * Waste separation and identification * Preventive filter replacement * Support in conducting monthly inventories * Maintenance of the 5S methodology. REPORTING LINE This position reports directly to the Shift Coordinator, Mercedes\-Benz Vitoria.
