The position outlined below is a key member of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standards that have defined Marbella Club for over 70 years. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for executing the marketing plan in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Managers and under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Director. * Alongside the other Marketing Managers, responsible for safeguarding the hotel’s correct image across all areas and throughout the guest journey, in accordance with established standards and the Marbella Club philosophy. * Serve as a true brand ambassador, thoroughly familiar with brand guidelines and corporate identity, and ensure adherence to them across the entire team—both internally and externally. * Continuously monitor Marbella Club’s image across all channels to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. * Provide support to the hotel’s Food & Beverage department in fulfilling its event promotion needs, reviewing menus, promotional materials, and specific offers—aligned with each business unit’s departmental standards while preserving the hotel’s overall image. * Responsible, in coordination with the Accommodation Director, for managing the department’s stationery and guest-journey-related items: hotel maps, registration forms, in-room stationery, etc. These items must be produced following defined templates and in alignment with the hotel’s overall image. Such areas include: Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Reception, Quality, Sustainability, Laundry, Beach, and Pools. * In coordination with the Guest Relations Director, identify opportunities for improvement to elevate the guest experience by proposing ideas that enhance it. * Support the hotel’s Kids Club in fulfilling its event promotion needs, timetables, and specific promotions/offers—aligned with each business unit’s departmental standards while preserving the hotel’s overall image. * Responsible, in coordination with the Wellness Director, for managing the department’s stationery and guest-journey-related items: forms, reports, agendas, etc. These items must be produced following defined templates and in alignment with the hotel’s overall image. * In coordination with the Wellness Director, develop various promotional initiatives for both the Wellness and Spa areas according to the established calendar—both internally and externally: promotions for Tour Operators, internal event flyers, visits by prominent personalities, etc. * Update the hotel’s email signature when necessary and inform staff of such changes. * Responsible for managing the in-house guest software (Zafiro, Ascensor), including both format and content, ensuring it remains up to date with the hotel’s latest news and changes to service offerings and pricing. * Address the requirements of the hotel’s commercial tenants to update their offerings in documentation accessible to hotel guests. * Coordinate the department’s marketing “gift” materials in accordance with needs and established templates. * Collaborate closely with the design team to create branded materials supporting the hotel’s promotional calendar and other operational brand items. * Extend responsibilities to assist the Marketing team or cover absences as required. * Maintain high-level communication with hotel staff. * Stay current on evolving trends and developments across the hotel’s core business areas: gastronomy, family travel, wellness, golf, etc. * Monitor movements and updates from competing hotels nationally and internationally. **Profile and Competencies:** * Prior relevant experience within a luxury company or institution. * Previous experience in luxury hotels or the luxury tourism segment. * Prior experience in a marketing agency, communications, or graphic design firm. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations or specialized studies in Hotel Management. * Advanced proficiency in office software, internet tools, and design applications. * English and Spanish.
