This position offers a stable environment, high-profile projects, and opportunities for professional growth. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive site supervision, ensuring compliance with **technical drawings and documentation**. * Planning and coordination of all **work fronts**, material movements, and on-site logistics. * Management of **teams and subcontractors**, controlling deadlines, quality, and safety. * Task allocation between in-house and external personnel, optimizing resources. * Monitoring performance and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations** on site. * Direct reporting to the **Project Management Department** regarding progress, incidents, and requirements.
