If you're passionate about innovation, challenges, and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter — we want to hear from you!** . **Position Objective:** Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across departments, integrate AI adoption within the organization, and govern CRMs—ensuring their proper administration, evolution, and adoption as the data backbone, translating technology into real efficiency and better-informed decisions. Act as a cross-functional digital innovation profile. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** Administration and maintenance of various CRMs * Maintain and update configurations of various CRMs (Wolf / Hubspot) * Manage users, permissions, roles, views, dashboards, and workflows. * Resolve functional incidents and coordinate technical incidents when necessary. * Conduct testing of new features, configuration changes, or integrations. * Ensure data quality, process consistency, and correct tool usage. * Propose improvements to CRM structure, usability, and functionality. User support, training, and communication * Address user questions, inquiries, and incidents. * Communicate changes, updates, improvements, and new features. * Develop manuals, quick guides, procedures, and training materials. * Train key users or internal teams on CRM and digital tools. * Support adoption of new solutions, ensuring users understand the value and operation of changes. Process automation and innovation * Identify and analyze departmental needs and translate them into digital solutions. * Apply AI-based solutions to improve productivity, analysis, or content generation. * Support digital transformation projects. * Propose new tools, methodologies, or more agile and digital ways of working. **Required Basic Education** University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in fields related to business administration, computer science, systems, marketing, business analytics, operations, digital transformation, or similar. **Specific Knowledge** * Experience in CRM administration or functional management. * Ability to understand business processes and translate them into digital solutions. * Familiarity with automation tools. * Advanced proficiency in digital productivity tools. **Minimum Experience** 3 years **Other Specific Position Requirements** Mandatory: Experience with artificial intelligence applied to business processes. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Excel **Technological curiosity** and continuous learning. Autonomy and proactivity to drive change and improvement.
