We are currently seeking to **recruit** a **Technical Office Technician** in **Málaga**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Technical analysis of project alternatives. * Preparation and review of drawings, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents. * Monitoring compliance with deadlines and technical specifications. * Technical-economic review and optimization of the project: verification of calculations and material take-offs. * Support in managing change orders, time extensions, and modifications. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports), or Technical Engineering in Public Works. * Over 3 years’ experience in technical office roles within construction companies. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Presto.
