Flexible working hours, depending on requirements. * Hybrid work model (days to be defined between client and TRIGO). **Why work with us?** * Constant innovation: Here, each day brings new challenges, new ideas, and new solutions. * Real growth: We support your growth from within through training and internal promotions. * Collaborative culture: We work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from mistakes. **Your Mission** As an **Administrative Assistant for Financial Control**, you will be responsible for ensuring the economic management of the budget and forecasts aligned with the financial direction of one of our most important automotive sector clients. **Challenges You’ll Face:** * Enable economic steering and early detection of deviations. * Ensure cost data reliability. * Actively contribute to staying within the initial budget. * Support management decision-making by providing necessary reports and information. * Deviation detection: overconsumption, unexecuted consumption. * Collection of payments and invoices. * Updating documentation of current processes. **What Will Make You Succeed in This Role:** * Education in Administration with financial knowledge. * 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid financial knowledge in budgeting, costs, and revenues. * Advanced Excel skills to generate reports as needed and understand existing ones. SAP knowledge is a plus. * Proficiency in PowerQuery for file import and integrated processing of diverse data sources. * Ability to coordinate various stakeholders for budget preparation and monitoring. * Minimum B2 level English (Mandatory). **Your Selection Process:** * Brief call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min). * Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min). * In-person technical validation with the Operations team/department heads to understand daily operations (45 min).
