Attention to detail and responsibility for following planograms. We are seeking replenishment staff for a supermarket in Medina del Campo (Valladolid). Duties include restocking shelves and gondolas, keeping sales areas organized and fully stocked, and performing loading and unloading of goods both in the warehouse and sales area. Maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols is also essential. Previous experience in supermarket or large retail store replenishment is required, along with physical capability to handle loads and tools such as utility knives. Attention to detail and responsibility are essential for adhering to the planograms provided by the store manager. This position is especially targeted at individuals holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher, as the workplace is a Special Employment Center. A temporary contract for sporadic days is offered, with rotating shifts and flexibility to meet the establishment’s operational needs. Previous experience in replenishment tasks in supermarkets or similar establishments. Physical ability to perform loading, unloading, and moving of goods. Proficiency in handling tools such as utility knives. Responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward customer service are valued. Priority will be given to candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher, in line with the company’s policy as a Special Employment Center.
