Professionals will join the company's Infrastructure Department as part of an established and senior team. For candidates with a stronger focus on data networks and communications, advanced knowledge and extensive experience are required in: * Network electronics (switching and routing) * Wireless networks (WiFi and WiMAX) * Perimeter security (firewalls and advanced content filtering) * High availability systems and configurations. * Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). * Corporate IT services (DNS, LDAP and Active Directory, NPS, Antivirus, etc.) Technical certifications such as Cisco, Meraki, HP, WatchGuard, Fortinet, Sonicwall, Cacti, Nagios, video surveillance systems, cybersecurity, and ITIL will be highly valued. For profiles more oriented toward hardware, middleware, and application infrastructure deployment, advanced experience and knowledge are required in: * Design, deployment, administration, and maintenance of heterogeneous IT services, complex system integration projects, both in physical and virtual environments. * Windows and Unix/Linux systems (across different distributions) * Virtualization platforms (VMware, HyperV) * Storage, backup, and data replication systems. * High Availability setups on Unix/Linux and Microsoft systems. * Mail servers (Postfix, Microsoft Exchange) * Corporate IT services (file services, DNS, LDAP and Active Directory, NPS, etc.) * Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and on-premise to cloud migrations. * Knowledge of SQL and database administration. Relevant technical certifications such as HP, MCP Microsoft, VMware Certified Professional, CCA, among others, will be highly valued. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, preparing technical proposals, and presenting them to clients. Professionals will lead the deployment of infrastructures related to the position, while also actively participating in project execution. They must be comfortable interacting with clients and capable of managing and monitoring incidents across various levels, accurately identifying their root causes and determining optimal resolution strategies. Candidates will become part of a team currently performing similar tasks. Strong proactivity, teamwork, technical leadership and management skills, and the ability to work autonomously—from identifying requirements to implementing solutions—are essential.
