We are looking for production operators with industrial experience or training to work in Madrid city. This is an opportunity to join a leading company in the metal sector, working in a technical and dynamic environment. Main responsibilities include operating and supervising machinery, handling materials while ensuring product quality, maintaining the production line, and resolving minor incidents. Adherence to established safety and quality procedures is also essential. An initial three-month contract is offered, with possible renewal, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). The salary is competitive, paid annually on a gross basis, plus allowances for night work, shift work, and daily incentives, resulting in an average monthly gross salary between €2,600 and €2,800. The location in central Madrid is well connected. Requirements * Vocational Training Level I or II in the industrial field (Machining, Electricity, Electronics, Automotive, Machinery, or similar) or Metal Professional Card. * 20-hour Metal Sector Occupational Risk Prevention Course (TPC): mandatory to hold it or willingness to complete it. * Minimum 6 months of experience in an industrial production environment. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability to work all three shifts.
