Your **responsibilities** will include: * Providing breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service. * Attending to the cafeteria. * Independently and responsibly executing service tasks. * Assisting in the setup, service, and breakdown of the dining room and other venues, including buffets. * Attending to customers in the restaurant, cafeteria, and events, and resolving any incidents that may arise. * Performing customer service activities. * Preparing and maintaining the work area, equipment, and utensils in good condition to deliver high-quality service to customers. * Executing various billing processes. **What do we offer?** * One full-time position and one part-time position. * Indefinite-term contract. * An exciting opportunity within a prestigious hotel chain. * Meals and work uniform provided. * Training and development within our company. * Special employee discounts across our various hotels. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in 4-star hotels or high-end restaurants. * Vocational Training Certificate (F.P.I) in Hospitality and Tourism. * English level B1. * Food Handler Certification. * We also value: + Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. + Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. + Availability for immediate incorporation. + Knowledge of enology. + Knowledge of additional languages. + Protocol expertise.
