And now… **we want you on board**.### **What Does This Role Involve?** You’ll help cars perform better. You’ll work within a team designing and testing the engine’s “brain” (gasoline, diesel, and hybrid) using computer simulations before real-world vehicle testing. In other words: instead of physically touching the car, you’ll work with models and software to determine how the engine should behave.### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Assist in designing how the engine should operate under various conditions * Test those behaviors via simulation (Matlab / Simulink) * Identify faults or suboptimal performance and propose solutions * Support improvement of system models * Document work clearly and systematically * Collaborate within a team and communicate project progress **What We Offer** ---------------------- ### **Flexible Compensation** * Meal vouchers * Public transport card * Childcare vouchers (up to €1,500/year tax-exempt) ### **Health Insurance** * Sanitas health coverage for employee + family, no co-pay * Expleo covers 30% ### **Vacations and Flexibility** * 24 working days + December 24 and 31 * Additional days based on seniority * **Year-round compressed workday (7:00–15:00)** ### **Hybrid Work Model** * 2 remote workdays * 3 days at client site (Valladolid) ### **Other Benefits** * Life insurance ### **International and Collaborative Environment** You’ll work alongside teams from multiple countries on innovative projects where **knowledge sharing and teamwork** are essential.### **Training and Development** * Role-specific training from day one * Access to **Expleo Academy** * Ongoing professional development programs We do not require prior experience—what we seek is **attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to grow with us**.### **Professional Growth** You’ll have the chance to participate in challenging projects from day one and advance within the company through numerous opportunities.**What We’re Looking For** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering** * Fluent English (international environment) * Basic knowledge of **Matlab and/or Simulink** * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow ### **Why Is This Worthwhile?** Because you’ll be working on something very real: how modern car engines behave. You’ll learn tools actually used in the automotive industry (Matlab/Simulink) and enter a high-demand, future-oriented sector.**Ready to Launch Your Career?** ------------------------------------- If you’re looking for a company that **values your potential, fosters your growth, and supports your development**, this is the place for you. **Apply now and begin your journey with us.** *“We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, gender, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.”* #LI-CH1
