The ideal candidate must be charismatic, organized, and passionate about customer service—serving as the first impression for our guests. Your **responsibilities** will include: * Greeting and welcoming our guests. * Managing and coordinating reservations, ensuring efficient table allocation. * Collaborating closely with the kitchen and dining room teams to coordinate guest flow and deliver seamless service. * Responding to guest inquiries and requests both in person and by phone, consistently maintaining a personalized service approach. * Supervising the waiting list and ensuring guest comfort while they await their table. * Contributing to the organization and execution of special events and private dinners at the restaurant. **What do we offer?** * An exciting opportunity within a prestigious hotel chain. * Indefinite full-time contract. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the responsibilities of the role—approximately €20,000 gross annually. * Meals and work uniform provided. * Special employee discounts across our various hotels. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience as a hostess or in customer service—preferably in restaurants or hotels. * Advanced level of English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Basic knowledge of reservation systems and telephone customer service (desirable).
