We are currently looking for a **Guest Experience** professional for our 5\* hotel Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena (Valladolid). **Your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring guests enjoy a unique experience at the hotel, which involves managing all resources directly related to them before, during, and after their stay. * Personalized welcome and follow-up throughout guests’ entire stay. * Serving as the primary point of contact for all guests, handling any special requirements, managing emails and guest requests. * Anticipating guests’ needs. * Daily guided tours of the hotel and surrounding area once per day; managing reservations within the facilities; designing routes and itineraries for guests. * Coordinating with various departments and keeping them informed about relevant guest information: stays, visits, treatments, special requirements, etc., as well as current hotel needs to enhance the guest experience. * Managing complaints/suggestions; maintaining open and fluid communication with guests and facilitating feedback. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite contract and full-time working hours. * The opportunity to join a leading wellness tourism group in Spain, with a solid track record and continuously expanding projects. * Work in an unparalleled setting: a monastery that blends history, elegance, and hospitality—welcoming both national and international guests. * Grow with us through internal training programs and career development plans designed to nurture your talent. * Build your professional future with real opportunities for promotion and internal mobility across the group. * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. * Become part of a diverse, dynamic, and motivating team. **What We Are Looking For:** * Vocational training (intermediate or advanced level) or university degree in tourism. * English proficiency at C1 level. * Prior experience in 4- and 5-star hotels and hotel chains. * Weekend availability. * High level of commitment and engagement. * Computer literacy. * Organized, demanding, and solution-oriented—even under pressure. * Customer-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and ability to use additional languages. * Polite, personable demeanor. * Teamwork and cooperation skills.
