Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead the implementation, coordination, and development of BIM methodologies in building projects, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the BIM strategy in building projects from the initial phases. 2. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure technical quality. 3. Manage communication among different disciplines and construction site. Bureau Veritas is looking for a BIM Manager with solid experience in building projects to lead the implementation, coordination, and development of BIM methodologies across all project phases. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring modeling quality, multidisciplinary coordination, and proper execution of the company’s BIM standards. Responsibilities Lead the BIM strategy in building projects from initial phases through construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure technical quality of deliverables. Manage communication among architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and construction site. Define, implement, and update BEPs (BIM Execution Plans). Supervise compliance with standards, protocols, and corporate libraries. Monitor BIM progress and report to project management. Detect interferences (clash detection) and propose technical solutions. Participate in technical meetings with clients and subcontractors.
