




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization activities in photovoltaic projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in photovoltaic and BESS projects. 2. Management of cold and hot commissioning processes in renewable energy projects. 3. Coordination of SAT tests and compliance with electrical regulatory standards. **EIA21**, an industrial engineering company with over 40 years of experience delivering services to the sector, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a photovoltaic project located between **Ampudia and Trigueros del Valle**, with an estimated duration of **6 months**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization activities for photovoltaic (PV) installations, BESS systems, and auxiliary systems. * Manage and supervise cold and hot commissioning processes in utility-scale or PMG/PMGD renewable generation and/or energy storage projects. * Coordinate and supervise execution of SAT tests on inverters, transformers, BESS systems, photovoltaic modules, and associated equipment. * Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations, as well as electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, SEC Class A). * Coordinate technical activities with contractors, vendors, and the project owner. * Prepare technical and contractual reports arising from pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. * Guarantee proper execution of work in accordance with the project’s technical, safety, and scheduling requirements. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control and automation schematics. * Knowledge of installation and maintenance of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. * Familiarity with and ability to apply national and international electrical standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E, RETIE, among others). * Experience executing and supervising pre-operational and start-up electrical tests. * Experience in assembly and connection of electrical substations, electrical panels, MCCs, and UPS systems. * Solid knowledge of both power plants and electrical substations, as projects will include a substation (SET), whose supervision will also be required. * Valid driver’s license.
