Production Operator (Male or Female)

Description

This position is based in an industrial production environment located in the Arévalo area. The main responsibilities focus on active participation in an assembly or production line, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and production pace. The role involves handling materials, components, or products according to defined procedures, directly contributing to the operational flow of the assigned area. A proactive attitude and commitment to occupational safety and good manufacturing practices are required. The position emphasizes performing repetitive tasks with precision while maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation. Work is carried out under supervision, following specific instructions for each stage of the production process. The environment is dynamic and demands constant adaptation to the changing needs of the production line. Teamwork capability is essential, as operational success depends on coordination among team members. The operator will be responsible for reporting any anomalies, defects, or incidents detected during their shift, thereby ensuring process continuity and efficiency. This position offers a full-time employment contract with a fixed duration determined by production requirements. Remuneration will comply with the terms stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the industrial sector. Working hours will follow a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as per planning. The company will provide the specific training necessary for safely performing duties on the production line. At least one year of prior experience in industrial production environments or assembly lines is required. A high school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, as well as immediate availability to start the position. Familiarity with basic occupational safety and hygiene regulations will be considered an advantage.
