We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with at least **2 years of experience** in similar roles. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a leading company in the sector, contributing to maintaining and improving our quality standards. **Contract Duration:** 1 year. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the quality control team’s activities to ensure compliance with established standards. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans. * Conduct quality inspections and audits at various stages of the production process. * Identify non-conformities, investigate their root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure that materials, processes, and final products comply with applicable technical specifications and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with other departments (production, engineering, R&D) to resolve quality issues. * Document and maintain records of quality control activities. * Train staff on quality procedures and standards. * Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes. * Prepare quality reports for management. **Position Requirements:** * Academic background in technical fields or quality-related disciplines. * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a Quality Supervisor or in a similar role. * Knowledge of quality regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or other relevant standards). * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel). * Availability to work full-time. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in the photovoltaic (PV) energy sector. * Knowledge of statistical tools applied to quality control. * Quality-related certifications. * Experience managing non-conformities and internal/external audits. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
