Responsibilities: We seek to hire a Comprehensive Maintenance Technician for building facilities in Valladolid. Main responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and fire protection (PCI) systems, among others. You will be responsible for the customer route covering centers in Salamanca and León. Requirements: * Vocational Training Level II (FP II) in HVAC or Electrical Engineering. * Valid driver’s license. * Certification for handling fluorinated gases and knowledge of RITE or REBT regulations will be valued. * Problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented attitude, and strong capability. Offer: * Indefinite-term contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, with scheduled on-call duties shared with the rest of the team. * Immediate incorporation. * Company vehicle.
