




Job Summary: This role involves ensuring quality control through adherence to operational manuals and SOPs, executing daily work plans, actively participating in continuous improvement, and engaging in required training. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality by following operational manuals and SOPs. 2. Actively participate in continuous improvement programs. 3. Execute daily work plans and attend trainings. RESPONSIBILITIES **Quality:** o Know and comply with the operational manuals defined by the Process Department. o Know and comply with FBIs (“Basic Instruction Sheets”) and other work instructions related to equipment handling, internally developed by the Production Department. o Know and comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), jointly developed by the Process and Production Departments. o Thoroughly understand the operation of instruments and equipment used to perform necessary process controls during batch manufacturing. o Follow all instructions on the Batch Ticket and complete it properly, recording results obtained from various process controls to ensure appropriate tracking of the ongoing product. **Operations:** o Execute the daily work plan proposed by Production Team Leaders. o Understand the KPIs (“Key Performance Indicators”) defined in the Production Department and collaborate to achieve established objectives. o Clearly explain the batch status and shift handover at the end of the shift. **Training:** o Attend, understand, and participate in daily training and Tier 1 meetings conducted by Production Team Leaders. o Attend, understand, and participate in annual trainings: EHS, Emergency Plan, and others. **Continuous Improvement/Efficiency:** o Actively participate in the 5S program and maintain established standards. o Participate, when required, in continuous improvement activities and projects within the area.
