The position encompasses essential day-to-day responsibilities, including comprehensive management of commercial documentation—from delivery notes to invoicing. Core tasks include bank reconciliation, cash audits, and preparation of tax returns. Support will also be required in personnel administration, coordination of orders with suppliers, and inventory maintenance. Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and a quality-focused approach are highly valued. Prior experience in similar environments and strong proficiency in office software are preferred. A permanent contract and stable working hours are offered. Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in equivalent administrative roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience handling ERP systems is highly desirable. A valid EU driving license (Category B) is required. Candidates are expected to be autonomous, solution-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and adaptability skills.
