We are looking for **a Cook for collective catering** to join our center in Valladolid. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Gross salary of €1600. * Rotating shifts with working hours from 10:00 to 18:00, including corresponding breaks. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils.
