We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our services include both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Lean, Cost \& Planning Manager** for an installation project at a complex in **Ávila.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead overall project planning, developing and updating the construction schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. * Coordinate production supervisors to ensure proper integration and execution of all installations within the complex. * Monitor construction progress, identifying deviations, risks, and delays, and proposing corrective actions or recovery plans. * Control project costs and budget by analyzing quantities, financial forecasts, and variances using Presto, Excel, and Power BI. * Report to the Site Manager on schedule, cost, productivity, and risk performance, providing actionable information to support decision-making. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Architecture, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, cost control, production, or construction project management. * Experience in large-scale building projects; participation in projects involving complex installations is especially valued. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, Presto, AutoCAD, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading firm in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!**
