Through a clear three-year strategy, process-oriented work, multidisciplinary teams, and continuous employee development. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Gipuzkoa Iron and Steel Collective Agreement * Salary according to agreement and professional experience * Work-life balance **What We Require** ------------------- **My role's mission is**: To ensure optimal assembly of components following safety, quality, service, and performance principles and instructions, achieving maximum efficiency to maintain orderly production and thereby supply the industrial market with electromechanical solutions for each sector. **My responsibilities and duties in this position are:** * Perform electromechanical component and subassembly installations following safety and quality instructions and adherence to the plan. Ensure everything is well-organized, attend to all details, and guarantee quality. * Carry out tasks including riveting, bolting, threading, assembling, stamping, reaming, bushing insertion, cable cutting, and other machining operations. * Perform manual assembly tasks: plastic coating, labeling, and packaging of products. * In some cases, assemble prototypes of items designed by our engineering team or our customers’ engineering teams in the prototyping workshop. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and processes. * Know internal safety and environmental regulations. Understand the risks associated with this position. * Follow emergency plans without exception when required. * Maintain proper ergonomics at the workstation. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) assigned to this position. * Properly separate generated waste. * Promote effective teamwork. * Respect applicable regulations and legislation. * Maintain confidentiality of the company’s sensitive data. * Report improvements that minimize environmental impact or reduce risk. **What Other Skills and Competencies Are Required?** * Organizational ability and strong attention to detail * Minimum computer literacy (user level) * Experience in mechanical assembly is desirable **BECOME PART OF A GREAT FAMILY.** ------------------------------------ AGUI comprises a large team of highly qualified professionals with extensive sector experience.
