As an intern, your mission will be to support personnel selection processes for daily operations, as well as perform administrative management tasks and assist in team coordination, thereby contributing to the smooth functioning of operational activities. Responsibilities: Posting and updating job vacancies across various online portals. Resume screening and preliminary candidate selection. Coordinating and conducting telephone and in-person interviews. Managing employment documentation for new hires. Supporting shift scheduling, and employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Direct communication with supervisors and managers to identify staffing needs. Maintaining up-to-date databases and internal reporting systems. Administrative tasks related to daily operations. ### **Requirements** A mandatory requirement is the ability to formalize a training internship agreement with your university or training institution. Studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, or related fields. Interest in recruitment and personnel management. Proficiency in office software tools. Organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills. Residence near Polinyà.
