For more information, visit xsolla.com. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare presentations and pre\-sales proposals for prospective Xsolla clients * Run partner meetings and participate in/ facilitate workshops * Conduct performance analysis of partner integrations * Work with feedback from partners and sales team * Analyze live Web Shops and prepare growth plans based on findings * Examine game economies to adapt mechanics for the Web Shop channel * Develop and package successful case studies * Produce expert materials (articles, guides, talks) in cooperation with business development, marketing and other teams * Participate in the design and development of new Web Shop features * Research the Web Shop / gaming e\-commerce market and competitors * Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base for repeatable solutions ### **QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS** * 3\+ years in game development as a Game Designer / Product Owner / Analyst Strong F2P monetization / game economy expertise * Product analytics: ability to form hypotheses, define metrics, and quantify impact * Understanding of feature lifecycle and live\-ops in games * Native/ Fluent English (partner calls and materials) * Knowledge of various marketing approaches and distribution channels to attract and retain users * Experience of interaction with Business Development specialists * Knowledge and understanding of the processes of selling digital products and in\-game goods ### **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience with Xsolla Web Shop / BlueprintsGA4 * Amplitude * AppsFlyer * SQL * Google Sheets * Public speaking **Benefits:** We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well\-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
