Following the success of the previous two editions—especially last year's, which had over 400 attendees—2025 is shaping up to be the year when the event's impact will once again transcend borders. ## Objectives · Help position the Construction 5.0 industry as a benchmark in digital transformation, boosting its innovation potential and ability to generate high-value technology investment opportunities. · Reflect and find solutions for the housing shortage problem through new models and by using technology as a cornerstone of these solutions. · Promote an ecosystem of entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation in the AECO sector and related fields by presenting the latest trends and advances in BIM, GIS, MEP, CIM, artificial intelligence, and other relevant technologies. · Foster entrepreneurship and collaboration among sector stakeholders by creating a space for interaction and networking where professionals, companies, and organizations within the AECO sector can achieve business success. · Drive the development of digital and transversal skills such as *soft skills*, communication, and corporate strategy through practical workshops and conferences aimed at AECO professionals. · Strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the AECO sector by facilitating the exchange of ideas and collaboration between *startups*, entrepreneurs, developers, investors, and other key ecosystem players. · Enhance talent and investment attraction to the region, highlighting the Basque Country as a hub of innovation and technology within the construction industry. · Align cross-cutting messages among different participating sectors and emphasize the importance of corporate strategy and communication in the sector’s digital transformation. · Introduce the first "Public Administration BIM-Tech Roundtable", a space focused on debate and collaboration between public entities and the private sector to define common strategies for adopting technologies in public management and finding solutions to various sector challenges. ## Program **Pre-event Thursday 23** Public Administration BIM-TECH Roundtable 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Digital transformation in public asset management has gained unprecedented relevance, driven by the need for efficiency, sustainability, circularity, industrialization, and transparency in administration.
