From Casa Eceiza and Agour Etxea, we are seeking a Marketing and Communication Technician who, with creativity, initiative, and teamwork skills, will enhance the visibility and reputation of our brands. Reporting to management, the Marketing and Communication Technician will execute the group's strategy, actively contributing to its development. They will be responsible for managing all aspects related to internal and external communication of the group, optimizing all its channels. The position will have a cross-functional scope, collaborating with various departments of Agour Etxea and Casa Eceiza. 1\. Manage and grow the group's marketing and communication strategy. 2\. Create content and distribute it through the group's channels. 3\. Internal communication, events, and activities. 4\. Management of graphic identity and design. 5\. Direct support to the sales team. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Level: Technician Functional Area: Marketing and communication. * 3\-5 years of experience in Marketing and Communication departments. * Experience in managing cross-functional projects. * Experience in managing and developing communication channels. * Experience in content writing and design. * Experience in organizing events and internal communication is an advantage. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Level: University Degree Type: SOCIAL SCIENCES AND LAW. Journalism and information. EDUCATION COMMENTS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spanish, Basque, French. LANGUAGE COMMENTS: High written and spoken proficiency in Basque, Spanish, and French is essential. OTHER COMMENTS: * Availability to travel between Lizartza and Iparralde. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
