VBA knowledge is highly desirable. * Labor law knowledge and ability to interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements are desirable. * Experience in personnel management and daily interaction with Workers’ Legal Representatives (RLT). * Ability to work under high-stress conditions and meet strict deadlines. * Problem-solving profile, agile, and capable of rapidly adapting to change. * Efficiency and determination to prioritize daily tasks while addressing unforeseen challenges. * Leadership skills and proven experience managing diverse teams are required. * A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is valued.
