In accordance with the guidelines set by Airport Operations Management, the role will be responsible for analyzing and managing staff shift planning, aligned with the Company’s defined strategy and in compliance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. **Main responsibilities include:** * Analyzing and reviewing all planning processes affecting shift staffing, aiming to enhance their quality and productivity. * Collecting and utilizing the necessary data to efficiently meet the operational needs of the base. * Analyzing new proposals and strategies to address changes in operational requirements, accompanied by daily monitoring and control to implement appropriate adjustments. * Preparing control reports for submission to Management and Department Heads. * Meeting weekly and monthly shift publication targets in terms of timing and quality. * Leading and managing a team of Planning Technicians to foster synergies that promote performance efficiency and productivity. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (charts, pivot tables, logical formulas, etc.) is mandatory. * Knowledge and effective use of planning systems and applications for complex data integration. VBA knowledge is highly desirable. * Labor law knowledge and ability to interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements are desirable. * Experience in personnel management and daily interaction with Workers’ Legal Representatives (RLT). * Ability to work under high-stress conditions and meet strict deadlines. * Problem-solving profile, agile, and capable of rapidly adapting to change. * Efficiency and determination to prioritize daily tasks while addressing unforeseen challenges. * Leadership skills and proven experience managing diverse teams are required. * A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is valued.
