PROGRAM: Minors under international protection POSITION MISSION: Support program beneficiaries in their social integration process and daily coexistence. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Reception and accommodation upon arrival of program beneficiaries. * Provide attention and respond to all needs of minors. * Address urgent needs that may arise within the facility. * Serve as a role model regarding behavioral guidelines and performance of integrative social roles. * Ensure cooperative coexistence among residents of the shelter to prevent conflicts. * Facilitate activities enabling proper functioning of the center during work shifts. * Organize leisure and free time activities. * Assist in developing individual educational programs for each minor, coordinated with the Technical Team. * Accompany in implementing the individual educational programs developed with each minor. * Organize and supervise proper functioning and management of coexistence in living areas. * Participate in team coordination meetings, as well as with other departments and programs of the organization. * Participate in preparing follow-up and final program reports, and other documents in coordination with other professionals. * Strengthen and support the rest of the professional team. * Inform the program's responsible professional of any incidents occurring within the program. * As staff of Movimiento por la Paz \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Profile:** **REQUIREMENTS** * EDUCATION: Intermediate Vocational Training cycle valued. Desired training and/or experience in Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Migration. * EXPERIENCE: One year valued in similar intervention programs for reception and protection of minors or with migrant and/or refugee populations. Experience in associative movements and knowledge of local resources. * LANGUAGES: Knowledge of Basque, French, Arabic, and other languages valued. * COMPUTER SKILLS: Office software, Google environment, online collaborative tools, etc. * OTHER: Driver's license and car essential.
