Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Java Developer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Java 11 or later. * Implement services and components following quality best practices and clean code principles. * Integrate and optimize data persistence using JPA/Hibernate and Oracle databases. * Define and consume APIs using standards such as Swagger/OpenAPI. * Conduct unit testing with JUnit and ensure code quality using tools like SonarQube. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, high-value deliverables. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 2–3+ years of professional backend development experience with Java (Java 11 or later). * Experience developing microservices with Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks. * Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate. * Experience with Oracle databases (SQL, basic optimization; PL/SQL is a plus). * Proficiency with Swagger/OpenAPI for API definition and consumption. * Use of Lambda expressions and functional programming in Java. * Experience with testing using JUnit. * Knowledge and usage of quality tools such as Sonar/SonarQube. **Desirable:** * Experience with distributed architectures. * Knowledge of CI/CD environments. * Adherence to clean code and software design best practices. * Teamwork ability, proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation.
