




**GUEST RELATIONS** * **JOB DESCRIPTION** The candidate will be part of the reception team at Hotel Camiral (5-star hotel – LHW), reporting to the Reception Manager. * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** You will be responsible for our guests’ first impressions and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: * Welcome arriving guests * Coordinate guest needs and ensure hotel departments are informed * Concierge services * Follow up on guest complaints * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all hotel facilities and services, identifying sales and promotional opportunities where appropriate * Act in accordance with policies and procedures * **REQUIREMENTS** * Mandatory: English and Spanish * Desirable: Advanced French and Catalan * Desirable: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel * Commitment to delivering high-level customer service * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent appearance and ability to work independently * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the resort * Availability to work rotating shifts * **WHAT WE OFFER** * Working hours: 40h/week * Shifts: Intensive / Rotating (7–15, 15–23) * Contract: Permanent (fixed-term discontinuous) * Salary: As per the Hospitality Collective Agreement for 5\* Hotels * Meals * Uniform * Health insurance for all employees * Company activities: Padel tournaments among staff, pilates classes, mindfulness sessions and much more! * Access to Camiral, Quinta do Lago Girona resort facilities, plus discounts at hotels, Wellness centres, shops and restaurants * Fuel discount.
