Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for material preparation, charging, and melting in furnaces, following production, quality, and safety specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and operation of melting furnaces. 2. Supervision of the casting process and quality control. 3. Operation of casting equipment and maintenance of the area. We are seeking personnel to work in the casting department. The primary responsibility is to prepare, charge, and melt materials in the furnace to obtain molten metal, adhering to production, quality, and safety specifications. Daily tasks include furnace ignition and preparation, charging of raw materials, and temperature monitoring. Supervision of the casting process, equipment cleaning, and sampling for metallurgical control are also required. Ladles, runners, and pouring systems are handled, and the condition of the furnace refractory must be monitored. Any production or maintenance issues must be reported promptly; compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures is essential; and workplace order and cleanliness must be maintained. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00. A full-time employment contract is offered. **Professional Experience:** Less than one year **Education:** Not required.
