We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, knowledge of renovation products and processes, finishes, and the ability to guide and advise our clients throughout their projects. The main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assigned clients, conducting technical-commercial visits to properties, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating the preparation and follow-up of budgets for rehabilitation and renovation projects, driving sales conversion and overseeing the subsequent process. **Requirements:** * Experience in similar roles. * Experience preparing construction/renovation/rehabilitation budgets. * Valid driver's license (vehicle not required). * Customer-oriented with strong client interaction skills. * Technical knowledge of rehabilitation, renovation, finishes, and interior design. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools. * Familiarity with design software such as Homestyler, AutoCAD, SketchUp... * Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute within a multidisciplinary and diverse team. * Dynamic personality. * Language: Native or professional level Spanish (mandatory) – Catalan (desirable) **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Achieving sales targets and closing work contracts. * Conducting technical-commercial visits to clients requesting quotes. * Preparing budgets: rehabilitations, kitchens, bathrooms, full renovations. * Managing the database. * Creating moodboards. * Purchase management. **Essential:** Native/professional level Spanish **Availability to start immediately.** **We offer:** * Being part of a continuously growing sector. * Company mobile phone * Laptop and other necessary devices * Company car when needed. * **Salary:** €1300/1400 per month **+ commissions** * Short working day on Fridays. * Permanent contract * Training program Additional compensation: * Commission plan **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and 14:50 to 18:00 - Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
