




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to manage the switchboard, mail and packages, visitor reception, access control, and facility preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in office software at the user level—including Microsoft Office suite—is required. Main responsibilities include answering incoming calls via the telephone switchboard, managing mail and parcels, receiving visitors, and assisting individuals requesting information. The role also involves access control for authorized personnel, preparing facilities for opening and closing, and managing meeting room bookings. A part-time work schedule of 20 hours per week is offered, distributed Monday through Friday in rotating morning shifts. The contract is temporary, covering vacation replacement, with potential for continuity. The gross monthly salary is €615, paid in 14 installments.
