To cover an IT replacement, we are seeking a Multilingual Receptionist who does not merely serve—but truly delights—someone detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply committed to service, willing to collaborate as part of a team. We seek a person who goes beyond basic front-desk duties, becoming the ambassador of the experience our hotel offers—capable of conveying the essence and quality of our service, making each guest feel unique and special from the very first moment. **What will you do?** * Serve as the friendly face of the hotel, delivering a warm welcome and efficiently managing check-in/check-out. * Attend to and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. * Handle incoming phone calls and keep guests informed. * Perform billing and cash handling tasks, including foreign currency exchange. * Ensure smooth communication by accurately relaying relevant incident information between shifts. * Carry out precise and responsible cash register control and closing procedures. * Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Essential requirements: * Minimum 24 months’ experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Proficiency in English, Spanish, and German. * Relevant training related to the position and/or tourism sector is valued. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night). * Fluent knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic understanding of social media platforms (RRSS). * Availability to take on a temporary contract.
