The person assuming this position will be responsible for the company's general accounting, including procurement, receivables and payables management, bank reconciliations, and billing processes. Proficient and continuous use of standard office tools—such as Microsoft Office—and specialized accounting management software is required to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes. In addition to these new digital competencies, the profile will evolve to encompass direct operational management tasks, such as interaction and coordination with company management or ownership, customer service via telephone channels, and handling external procedures that may require travel to banks, tax advisory firms, or other public or private entities. This evolution aims not only to consolidate the professional’s accounting capabilities but also to fully integrate them into the business’s operational and strategic dynamics, offering a clear path for professional development within the organization. The work environment values meticulousness, problem-solving ability, and adaptability, seeking an individual who can effectively integrate into a dynamic team and contribute to the company’s growth and financial stability in the competitive hospitality sector.
The company offers an indefinite-term contract from the first day of employment, with an annual gross salary of €18,715.72. Working hours begin at 9:00 a.m., and a progressive adaptation schedule is implemented: an initial workday of 6 hours per day to facilitate integration into the role and office environment, transitioning later to a full 8-hour workday. The workplace is located in a strategic location in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Additionally, the company commits to providing continuous training and specialized instruction in managing digital platforms specific to the tourism sector, thereby supporting the employee’s professional development.
