




Cleaning Supervisor/Team Leader for a company in the cleaning sector. Requirements: * Minimum of three years' professional experience in a team leadership role in cleaning, supervisor, or housekeeping in the hospitality sector * Basic computer skills at user level * Flexibility and availability to work different hours. Responsibilities: * Organize, plan, manage, and direct workers under their responsibility to meet established objectives. * Schedule days off, holidays, and vacations for the team * Coordinate and communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction. * Control, manage, receive, and send all internal documentation, in coordination with the Human Resources department. * Conduct service inspections to ensure compliance with required cleaning and quality standards. * Perform support cleaning tasks when service demands require it. * Provide support and assistance to workers under their supervision. Desirable: * Occupational Health and Safety training (PRL) * Ability to work in changing environments and under pressure.
