Monitor and track sick leaves (IT) and work-related accidents (AATT). * Provide administrative support during internal audits, justifications, requests, among others, by supplying the required documentation from digital and physical archives. * Manage the delegation's attendance tracking system, configuring system changes, providing support, advice and training to staff on its use, updating registrations and terminations; taking into account the diversity of teams, centers and services where the delegation operates. * Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan to ensure proper integration of the organization’s own prevention service. * Support the management of mandatory personnel documentation (qualifications, information, training, etc.), ensuring delivery of personal protective equipment. * Provide documentary support during labor inspections and external audits. * Manage and maintain digital and physical archives. **Essential Requirements:** * Higher or medium-level vocational training related to administrative management, HR, labor relations or equivalent academic background, or alternatively, knowledge acquired through professional experience.
