We are looking for a kitchen assistant with experience in the hospitality sector, for an establishment located in Gijón. Your responsibilities will include preparing various dishes, from daily menus to the restaurant's full menu, including appetizers and both cold and hot dishes. Additionally, you will be expected to actively collaborate on kitchen tasks, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Maintaining cleanliness in work areas will also be a fundamental part of your duties, along with other tasks inherent to the position. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The planned shift is split, starting at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m., with legally mandated breaks. * At least one year’s experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive, hardworking, and dynamic individual. * Living near the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).\- Culinary training is desirable.
