We are looking to hire a Site Manager to ensure the achievement of objectives related to the construction or renovation of stores and other group projects, aligning them with the established Plan (in terms of scope, timeline, and cost). **What will you do?** * Coordinate construction projects at both internal and external team levels, tasks, and materials—either through direct execution or supervision depending on project needs—to ensure adherence to the scheduled timeline and budget. * Conduct feasibility studies for various projects (cost and time), considering all existing variables, to provide all necessary information for decision-making. * Manage construction-related incidents to resolve them and minimize their impact on budget and scheduling. * Prepare construction budgets based on requirements set by the Stores and Operations General Management, and close the budget upon project completion to assess objective achievement and report accordingly. * You will be responsible for studying the suitability of spaces allocated to different partners within Ametller Origen Group stores. * Place and manage purchases related to the various projects under your responsibility to ensure availability of required materials. * Assume post-sales management responsibilities to monitor performance and implement necessary adjustments throughout this period. **What do we expect from you?** * Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering in Building Construction, or equivalent qualifications. * Master’s or Postgraduate specialization degrees will be positively considered. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the Retail sector. * Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Presto. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site visits and office access. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a leading sector company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. * Being part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. * Compensation commensurate with experience and value contributed. * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Workplace: Olèrdola / Remote work. *Do you want to join our team?*
