As a Shift Manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Perform qualified control and supervision duties of the shift and/or service assigned to you under the direction of the head chef. * Carry out cook responsibilities. * Participate in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods. * Prepare reports on resource management and processes within your shift and/or service. * Assist in training personnel under your supervision.
