In order to further optimize our operations, we are seeking a **Production Manager**, whose main responsibility will be to lead production processes to deliver safe and high-quality products while optimizing resources and motivating the team. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * **Planning and supervision of production**: Coordinate roasting, candy-coating, frying, and packaging activities for dried fruits, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. * **Management of key performance indicators (KPIs)**: Define, analyze, and report efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics to support decision-making.
