Organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail **Architect – Architectural Projects and 3D Visualization** **Job Description** We are seeking an **Architect** to join our team and participate in the development of architectural projects, from the conceptual phase through to final visualization and presentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Architectural project development and design * Preparation and interpretation of technical drawings * 3D modeling and visualization (architectural renders) * Coordination with technical teams and clients * Preparation of graphic documentation and presentations **Requirements** * Degree in **Architecture** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in architectural projects * Proficiency in technical software: * AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino or similar * Knowledge of rendering tools (V\-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.) * Organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in advanced architectural visualization * Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign or other graphic tools * Experience in project management or client interaction * Updated portfolio **Conditions** * Work mode: **On-site** * Working hours: **Full-time** * Location: **Las Palmas de Gran Canaria** **How to Apply** Send your **CV \+ portfolio** to lovecirlesprod**@gmail.com** Subject: *Architect – Application* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
