We are looking for an individual who not only possesses exceptional culinary skills but also demonstrates strong accountability and a proactive approach to meeting our hotel chain’s standards. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently prepare and control all assigned culinary preparations. * Monitor products and inventory, ensuring appropriate usage and minimizing waste. * Report to supervisors any requirements for ingredients or materials needed for assigned preparations. * Comply with the hotel chain’s standards and ensure their implementation across all daily activities. * Maintain and preserve kitchen facilities and equipment in optimal condition. * Comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations. * Complete the HACCP records corresponding to one’s own preparations and assigned shift. * Assist in cleaning, garbage collection, and recycling of all waste generated in the kitchen. * Conduct end-of-shift checks to ensure gas is turned off, lights and exhaust hood are switched off, and refrigerators are properly closed. **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours.
