DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all project phases. The candidate will join the company's project management team and lead a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, QA, software architects, functional analysts, and other technical roles, focusing on productivity, continuous improvement, and value delivery. The role will serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal development teams, and technology partners, promoting clear communication, efficient coordination, and effective collaboration. The position requires proven experience in software project management, strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), and leadership capabilities for multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will report directly to senior management. **Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, execution, and closure of software development projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, quality, and budget. * Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including developers, QA, software architects, and functional analysts, fostering productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, consistent follow-up, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with technology partners, ensuring proper integration of solutions and alignment with project objectives. * Ensure requirements gathering and functional analysis, translating client needs into user stories and tasks in Jira. * Perform Scrum Master duties, facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting the team in removing impediments. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. * Oversee compliance with quality, security standards, and applicable regulations. * Apply and promote the use of agile methodologies (Scrum), adapting processes according to project and client needs. * Prepare progress reports, metrics, and status updates for management, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring full visibility of project advancement and status. * Promote continuous improvement of internal project management processes and development practices. * Ensure proper task and resource prioritization, balancing multiple concurrent projects. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields (desirable but not mandatory). * Minimum of 10 years of experience leading software development projects. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Proven experience as a Scrum Master and in applying agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and task breakdown for development. * Regular use of Jira or similar agile management tools. * Solid understanding of Scrum and agile software development practices. * Ability to transform functional requirements into clear user stories and development tasks. * Strong knowledge of quality assurance, testing, and version control best practices.
